Real State of Real Estate

You're probably thinking, all these real estate woes, what the heck is Allison looking for?

Of course she'll be upset, she has champagne taste on a beer budget. 

A Susan house with grand curb appeal?

I bet she expects a gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, sub-zero refrigerators and viking appliances.

Obviously, a swimming pool in the backyard.

But really, I have a very demanding wish list, with must-haves including:
3 Bedrooms

A Yard

And located in one of four zipcodes, allowing us to send Bennett to public school.

And after placing two offers, I would like to add, not in a flood plain, and no four legged creatures squatting in the roof.  Please and thank you.
